LCD/CRT Projector Ceiling Mount - Overview

 he Ceiling Mount provides the strong support you need for mounting heavy LCD/CRT projectors. Exclusive micrometer adjustments and quick disconnect save installation and maintenance time. Micrometer adjustments give you the precision you need to quickly achieve registration. The quick disconnect feature allows you to remove the projector for maintenance and replace it on the mount without losing registration.


VCM Ceiling Mount Adjustments
The exclusive roll (±5 degrees) and pitch (±20 degrees) adjustments of the Ceiling Mount are made with the alignment features of the body. Simply turn the roll adjustment bolt to raise or lower either side of the projector, then adjust and lock the pitch adjustment. This process enables you to remove the projector for service and remount without disturbing the original projector alignment.

Three Mounting Methods::

2. Four 1/2" Threaded Rod (Threaded Rod not included)

3. 1 1/2" NPT Threaded Extension Column using the threaded coupler at the top of the  mount (Extension Column not included.)

Q.  Do I need to order the HB bracket separately?
A.  No, the assembly ships complete when you order a ceiling mount.

Q.  How much assembly is required?
A.  None. Just attach the HB bracket to your projector.

Q.  How much height will it add to my installation?
A.  The mount top is only 4" high plus various HB bracket heights.

Q.  How much weight does the mount hold?
A.  Each mount is custom designed to support the weight of the projector models specified. However, your ceiling must hold at least 5x the total weight of your installation.

Q.  Do I need any additional accessories to install the mount?
A.  Yes. The mount can be flush mounted to the ceiling with the Low-Profile Mounting Kit. However, often times you will need to lower your projector from the ceiling a specific distance and you will want to order the appropriate accessories. Choose the right solution for your installation.
